Shipping
So Wrapped Up! uses UPS as our primary shipping carrier. Ground Shipping takes 1-5 business days, and delivery is based on distance to destination.
3 Day Select takes 3 business days, and delivery is by the end of the day.
2nd Day Air takes 2 business days, and delivery is typically by the end of the day. Next Day Air is the next business day, and delivery is typically by 10:30 a.m. We are currently only shipping to the United States.
During the summer months or when shipping to a warm climate, chocolate needs to be shipped in no more than 1-3 days. All wrapped chocolate orders must be sent using our Warm Weather Shipping Option, which includes adding frozen gel packs to the packaging. The Warm Weather Shipping Option link is located at the bottom of the order page. If the appropriate shipping method or Warm Weather Shipping Option is not chosen, the chocolate may melt. So Wrapped Up! is not responsible for chocolate melting if these options are not chosen when ordering.
So Wrapped Up! will not ship perishable items on Thursdays and Fridays. This is to prevent the chocolate from melting by taking packages out of transit over weekends. Chocolate needs to be shipped to an address where someone is available to receive them so they are not left outside. We are not responsible for candy that is shipped and not picked up in a timely manner. |
