Email addresses are only used by So Wrapped Up! and are not shared with anyone else. We only accept credit card and debit card payments through PayPal's secure online site, so we do not have your credit card or debit card information.
Refunds and Returns
So Wrapped Up! is committed to making your occasion a success. If you are unhappy with your product, we will do everything we can to make you happy.
Refunds are offered only if the mistake is due to our error. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOFS CAREFULLY! Your approval is confirmation for us to print the wrappers. We cannot accept any returns on products that have been personalized.
Custom Orders
If, after browsing our wrappers and you don't see what you are looking for, please contact us so that a perfect wrapper can be created for you. We will send up to 3 proofs to review. Once you have approved the design, we will begin processing your order.
Payment
We accept credit card and debit card payments through PayPal, a secure online system.
