PURCHASING
Q: How do I purchase products on your website?
A: Placing an order for our products is easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Fill out all of the personalization fields.
2. Type in the quantity and click the 'Order' button.
3. Fill out the shipping information section and click the 'Add Shipping' button.
4. Choose the shipping option you would like and click the 'Add Shipping' button.
5. Click the 'Go To Payments' button to complete the checkout process.
CUSTOMER PRIVACY
Q: Why do I need to provide an e-mail address? How is my credit card information protected?
A: E-mail addresses are needed so that we can send a proof of your order for approval. So Wrapped Up! does not share e-mail addresses with anyone else. We only accept credit card and debit card payments through PayPal's secure online site, so we do not have your credit card or debit card information.
PERSONALIZATION AND CUSTOMIZATION
Q: Can I personalize/customize my own candy wrappers?
A: Yes. You can personalize or customize our wrappers. You can add your own photo to be placed on the wrapper, as well as change the font, colors, and images.
Q: Can I design my own candy wrappers with graphics that I send to you?
A: Yes. You can send the graphics to So Wrapped Up! by mail or e-mail.
SHIPPING
Q: How do you ship?
A: So Wrapped Up! uses UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers. UPS Ground Shipping takes 1-5 business days, and delivery is based on distance to destination.
UPS 3 Day Select takes 3 business days, and delivery is by the end of the day.
UPS 2nd Day Air takes 2 business days, and delivery is typically by the end of the day. UPS Next Day Air is the next business day, and delivery is typically by 10:30 a.m. USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days and is used for wrappers and labels only. We are currently only shipping to the United States and Canada.
Q: How do you ship chocolate in the summer months?
A: During the summer months or when shipping to a warm climate, chocolate needs to be shipped in no more than 1-3 days. All wrapped chocolate orders must be sent using our Warm Weather Shipping Option, which includes adding frozen gel packs to the packaging. The Warm Weather Shipping Option link is located at the bottom of the order page. If the appropriate shipping method or Warm Weather Shipping Option is not chosen, the chocolate may melt. So Wrapped Up! is not responsible for chocolate melting if these options are not chosen when ordering.
So Wrapped Up! will not ship perishable items on Thursdays and Fridays. This is to prevent the chocolate from melting by taking packages out of transit over weekends. Chocolate needs to be shipped to an address where someone is available to receive them so they are not left outside. We are not responsible for candy that is shipped and not picked up in a timely manner.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Q: Can I return my order and get a refund?
A: So Wrapped Up! is committed to making your occasion a success. If you are unhappy with your product, we will do everything we can to make you happy.
Refunds are offered only if the mistake is due to our error. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOFS CAREFULLY! Your approval is confirmation for us to print the wrappers. We cannot accept any returns on products that have been personalized.
